In my most recent work experience I served as a Customer Support Representative for a cellular booster manufacturer, where I consulted on solutions for both consumer and enterprise clients. I rapidly progressed from a Tier-1 “entry level” agent to the only Tier-4 agent in the department. When I joined the team, the support structure was inefficient, and I dedicated much of my time to addressing these deficiencies. I improved and organized internal documentation into an easily searchable knowledge base, streamlined the escalation process, hosted a general help desk (often assisting agents with more tenure than myself), and managed most of the training for Customer Service and some for Sales. My 20 years of support experience as a product expert enabled me to quickly rise to the highest level of support offered in the department.

My career has been predominantly centered on customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and teaching the customer aspects of a product. I often communicate with customers, both internal and external, verbally and in writing. Positions that I have held often involve a high volume of multitasking. I have been the main point of contact for a diverse range of demographics, ranging from over-the-road truck drivers to Chief Officers of major corporations. In every role I’ve held—whether in support, QA, or project management—effective communication, both verbally and in writing, has been crucial for providing solutions and fostering positive relationships and resolving concerns in a timely manner, both internally and externally.
